1. All toys are handmade at the time that the order is placed. This procedure is also done on a first come first serve basis to the best of our ability. Some of these toys take several hours to create, so depending on the size of the order and the number of orders that are waiting to be filled, the time frame for filling orders can vary. At the time you place your order, you will received a confirmation email stating an approximation as to how long the current wait is. We do our best to fill orders as quickly as possible but also want to make you, the customer, as aware of possible of the length of time you may be looking at for your toys.

2. TNT Bird Toys uses a shopping cart that automatically charges your credit card or PayPal account at the time you place the order. We are never in posession of your credit card information, hence the reason that you are charged up front for the product. This is standard operating procedure for shopping carts used in small businesses and the cart is there to make your shopping experience easier and more streamline.

3. Due to bird safety and a need be absolutely sure that disease is not spread, TNT Bird Toys does not accept returns for any reason, so please purchase carefully.

4. TNT Bird Toys carefully sellects the parts used for all toys to make sure that they are safe and all parts are used with our birds but birds will be birds. Please note that we cannot be responsible for any safety issues that may arrise. Know your bird and always supervise him/her with new toys to make sure that your bird won't get into trouble as each bird is an individual.
