Important Information To Know
Please not the following information before ordering:
1. Every single toy on this site is made by hand and some take as long as eight hours to put together. Most take more than a single hour to put together but they are all made with the utmost of care and safety.
2. Most toys are made at the time your order is placed. On occasion, I will have a toy or two that are already made, but for the most part, orders are filled with toys made at the time you order.
3. Depending on how many orders I have, your order could take six to eight weeks to fill because all toys are made by hand. I try my best to get your order out to you as soon as possible and handle orders in the order that they are received. To not do so would not be fair to others who have been patiently waiting for their order.
4. You will receive an email shortly after you place your order stating the approximate time that it will take to fill your order as this can vary.
5. Your order is charged to your credit card or bank account at the time you place the order. This is simply because there is no other way to do it with the current shopping cart. I never have your credit card or bank information because of this. If there was an easy solution to this, it would be in place, but at the present time, this is simply the way my shopping cart works.
6. The shopping cart will only work for the lower 48 states. If you are not in the lower forty eight states, please email me with your order and I will work with you to get your toys to you.
7. TNT Bird Toys makes it a policy not to accept any returns in order to ensure safety from disease.
8. Please remember that TNT Bird Toys is truly more of a hobby than anything else. I opened the store because I felt that there weren't enough quality bird toys available and wanted to give people more of a choice in toys. I do work a regular job that takes up at least forty hours of my seven day week. I also have limited help in making these toys. I'm honored that TNT Bird Toys has taken off the way it has and will continue to fill this gap as long as my hands hold up. I do ask that you, the customer, please understand everything that goes into providing these toys to you.
9. Please also note that all pictures of your birds playing with TNT Bird Toys are always completely welcome and will usually be used directly on the web site.
